Submit Your Request

Your Scan ID can be found in the analytics payload or intermediate page URL.

If you provided an email during registration, we can look up all your scans.

Response Time

We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3). In some cases, this period may be extended by two additional months for complex requests.
