How does the 3-month free offer work?
After activation, you get full Premium access for 3 months at no cost. Stripe creates a subscription with a 90-day free period. You enter your payment details at signup so the transition is seamless, but you are not charged until the free period ends.
What happens after the 3 free months?
Your subscription automatically continues at €5.99/month. You don't need to do anything — billing starts seamlessly from month 4. If you'd rather not continue, simply cancel from your dashboard before the free period ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts. Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current period.
Will my existing QR codes stop working if I downgrade?
No. All QR codes you've created will continue to work and redirect correctly, even on the free plan. You'll only lose access to advanced analytics, premium export formats, and the higher monthly creation limit.
Is my data safe? Where is it hosted?
Your data is hosted on EU-based servers and is fully GDPR compliant. We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, and never share your data with third parties. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
