Withdraw from contract

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. Submit the form below to declare your withdrawal; you will receive an acknowledgement email immediately.

Note: a withdrawal (Widerruf) reverses the contract entirely. If you simply want to cancel future renewals, use the subscription cancellation option in your account settings (Kündigung).
